UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. By our Order dated 20-8-2025 passed in the main matter, we had
granted six months’ time to the petitioner to vacate the suit
property, i.e., the shop in question.
2. Today, we have an application seeking further time to the
petitioner to vacate the shop in question.
3. All that we can do is to grant two more months to vacate the
shop. We are granting this indulgence for one last time. The
