1. The present Writ Petition is filed with the following

prayers:

a. Issue writ/writs including a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring that the impugned Acts of the Respondents 1 to 5 in not allocating the seat of MD(General Medicine) in Respondent-5 University as arbitrary, highly irregular, illegal and against the Constitutional mandate and amounts to a constitutional transgression and also ultra vires the principle of merit and in violation of article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and direct the Respondents 1 to 5 to reprepare the NEET PG 2025 seat allotment list and admit the Petitioner in the provisionally allotted seat as per the letter dated 6th February 2026 ; and/or

b. Issue writ/writs including a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to quash the Information Bulletin & Counselling Scheme of NEET PG Counselling 2025 insofar as the same concerning the disqualification of candidates who failed to report in "third round" alone
