1. Other Transfer Petitions bearing T.P.(C) No. 202/2026 and
T.P.(C) No. 204/2026 filed by the present sole Respondent against
sole Petitioner herein, seeking transfer of HMA No. 1765/2025 and
GW/150/2025, both pending before Family Court, District Gurugram,
Haryana are pending adjudication before this Court and notice has
been issued and stay has been granted therein in both the matters
vide Order dated 30.01.2026.
2. Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
3. Registry is directed to tag the present transfer Petition
along with Transfer Petition bearing T.P.(C) No. 202/2026 and T.P.
(C) No. 204/2026.
