UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The Principal District & Sessions Judge and Designated Special
Judge (GCTOC), Rajkot, Gujarat has requested to grant extension of
time by four more months for disposing of the GCTOC Case Nos.8/2023
and 9/2024 respectively.
2. By Our Order dated 16-7-2025 passed in the Special Leave
Petition (Crl.) No.7858/2025, we had directed the Trial Court to
dispose of the trial within a period of six months.
