UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Although we have not been entertaining similar writ petitions,
as any direction issued in such like matters would amount to direct
interference in the roster management of the Hon’ble Chief Justice
of the High Court, having regard to the fact that (i) first
petitioner’s husband has died during the pendency of the case
before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal; (ii) the liability on the
petitioner(s) and surviving family members is sought to be fastened
