The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section
25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court
seeking transfer of Case bearing Divorce Petition No. 1434 of
2022 titled `Kapoor Chandra Singh Vs. Kalpana Singh’ pending
before the Court of Principal Family Court, Dehradun,
Uttarakhand to the Family Court at Bulandshahr, U.P.
Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance
on behalf of the respondents
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition,
we direct the transfer of Case bearing Divorce Petition No.
1434 of 2022 titled `Kapoor Chandra Singh Vs. Kalpana Singh’
pending before the Court of Principal Family Court, Dehradun,
Uttarakhand to the Family Court at Bulandshahr, U.P.

Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.
