1. The petitioner was declared a foreigner through an ex-parte
order by the Foreigners Tribunal vide order dated 10.05.2018. The
ex-parte order was passed because the petitioner statedly did not
appear nor file the written statement when the case was fixed
before the Tribunal on 07.04.2018, 18.04.2018, and 24.04.2018. The
petitioner chose to challenge the same before the High Court
through a writ petition filed in the year 2025. The High Court has
