1. The petitioners challenge the judgment and order dated
11.12.2025 in RSA No. 1822 of 2023, titled “Ram Mehar & Anr.
Vs. Karambir & Anr.” passed by the High Court of Punjab and
Haryana at Chandigarh.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Having considered the contentions made across the Bar, we
do not find any reason to grant Special Leave to Appeal.
4. As such, the present Special Leave Petition is dismissed
on merits.
