We are not inclined to entertain the present
petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution
of India.
However, the petitioners shall be at liberty
to move an appropriate application seeking early
listing of the pending application, which shall be
considered appropriately by the High Court.
The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.
