UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Mr. Ninad Laud, learned counsel for the appellant, submits

that his client had all the permissions for construction and

subsequent application was filed only for regularisation of the

stilt area from the North Goa Planning and Development Authority.

Hence, according to him, there is no violation of the CRZ

Regulations.

2. Issue notice.

3. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

4. Till the next date of hearing, the parties are directed to

maintain status quo, as on today.
