2. Appellant challenges the judgment and
order dated 10.12.2025 in R/Criminal Misc.
Application (for Regular Bail-after
Chargesheet) No.25984/2025 passed by the
High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, titled
“Pradip @ Vishal Kiranbhai Solanki
Crl.A @ S.L.P (C) No.1299/2026 1
(Ravaldev) (Pradip @ Vishal Kiranbhai
Solanki) vs. State of Gujarat”.
3. The appellant was arrested in
connection with Crime No.11211010250201 of
2025 registered at Chuda Police Station,
Surendranagar District, Gujarat for the
offences punishable under Sections 103(1),
189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190 and 238(a) of
the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
4. We have heard learned counsel for the
parties, and perused the material placed
on record.
5. In the attending facts and
circumstances of the case and the role
ascribed to the appellant, we are of the
considered view that the appellant has
made out a case for interference with the
impugned order dated 10.12.2025.

circumstances and also the fact that the
appellant has been in custody since
