UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. While we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order
passed by the High Court directing handing over physical copy of
the original application, we clarify that such a direction should
be treated to have been passed in the facts and circumstances of
the case and shall not be treated as a precedent.
2. With this clarification, the Special Leave Petition is
disposed of.
3. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed
of.
