At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
in view of what has been recorded in the previous order dated
19.01.2026 of this Court, the petitioner has preferred another
petition before this Court challenging the original order, which
was inadvertently not challenged in the present petition, and the
same has not been listed before this Court due to defects not being
cured. She submits that the defects would be cured within two
weeks.
