Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Delay in refiling is condoned.
It is submitted that the respondent/company has three
offices at Noida, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The cheque in
question was issued by the petitioner(s) to the respondent for
transactions at Noida. However, only with a view to harass
the petitioner(s), the concerned cheque was deposited by the
respondent at Bengaluru whereafter the complaint case was
also filed at Bengaluru.
