1. This Court vide judgment dated 04.12.2025 dismissed the Civil

Appeal Nos. 14565-14566 of 2025 filed by the appellant herein.

2. By these Miscellaneous Applications filed by the original

respondent - Morgan Securities and Credits Private Limited, the

respondent has prayed for the following reliefs:-

“a. Rectify the errors in the judgment and order in Civil

Appeal Nos. 14565-14566 of 2025 arising out of Special

Leave Petition (C) Nos. 32849-32850 of 2025 dated

04.12.2025 as mentioned in para 4 of this application

and /or

b. Pass such other order as may be deemed fit and proper

in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

3. In paras 4 and 5 of the application(s), the following inadvertent

errors which need correction are set out:-

“4. That the inadvertent errors requiring correction are set

out hereinbelow:

(i) Paragraph 3: the date “18.11.2024” appearing in the

second line may be corrected to “19.07.2024”, and the

following sentence be inserted at the end of the paragraph:
