UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. Joby P. Varghese, learned counsel, appearing for the
petitioners.
2. The counsel submits that the respondent was appointed as a
lecturers in Geography in the + 3 Wing of the College. The +3 Wing
of the College was recognized as the aided institution only w.e.f
01.09.2004. In these circumstances, the respondent could not have
been granted the benefit of the Grant in Aid order 1994. However, he
will be entitled to the benefit of the Grant in Aid Order 2009, on
the basis of the workload for the Geography Lecturer.
