1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A soft copy of the petition be handed over to learned
amicus curiae within two days.
4. The petitioner shall also file an affidavit giving the
details of the instalments paid so far.
5. Meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the
petitioner.
