2. Heard Mr. Santhosh K., learned counsel appearing for the
State.
3. Learned counsel contends that the trap proceedings as well as
official witnesses Pws 3 and 4 clearly speak to the demand.

Further, the recovery is also established and as such, the High
Court erred in reversing the conviction.
4. Issue notice to respondent, returnable on 06.04.2026.
