UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. By this application, the applicant seeks
modification of one of the bail conditions,
which reads: “He shall report to the Kunadi
Police Station, Kota District, on every
Monday”.
2. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.

shall also disclose as to why the trial
could not be concluded in last nine years...
