and T.P.(Crl.) No. 940/2025 filed by present sole petitioner
against sole Respondent herein amongst others, is pending
adjudication before this Court and notice has been issued therein
vide Orders dated 06.10.2025 and 17.10.2025 respectively.

along with T.P.(Crl.) NOs. 820-821 / 2025 and list accordingly.
