UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the concurrent findings of the three
courts that various mortgages right from time of Narayana till the
assignment to D-1 and then to Paulose Yohaanna would not establish
the plea of adverse possession as raised by the petitioner, we are
not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The special
leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
