UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. According to the office note, service of notice for
alternative arrangement is complete on all the appellants except
appellant No.29. In pursuance thereof, appellant Nos.1 to 14, 15 to
17, 19 to 27 and 31 and 32 are represented by Mr.Ashutosh Ghade,
but others have not put in appearance.
2. Be that as it may, since most of the appellants are duly
represented, let the appeal be listed before the appropriate court
for consideration and in the meantime, the remaining respondents,
if they so want, may also appear through counsel. Efforts be also
made to serve notice on appellant No.29 afresh within two weeks.
