1. Leave granted.

2. Though the office report records that

respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 have not been

served, we find that these respondents are

proforma respondents as they are the co-accused

who sought bail along with the appellant before

the High Court and were, therefore, made

parties to this case.

3. The appellant is aggrieved by the denial of

regular bail by the Rajasthan High Court at

Jodhpur, vide order dated 09/04/2025 passed in

S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application

No.7000 of 2024, in connection with FIR

No.309/2023, registered at Police Station Bhim,

District-Rajsamand, Rajasthan, for offences

punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 201 &

120-B read with Section 149 IPC. The appellant

has been in custody since 23/01/2024.

4. We find that another co-accused of the

appellant, who stands similarly situated in all

respects, was granted bail by this Court, vide

order dated 14/10/2025 passed in Criminal

Appeal No. 4504 of 2025. As was the case with

that co-accused, the appellant was not named in
