O R D E R
PRAYER FOR GRANT OF BAIL IN CRL. A NO. 3875/2025:
The co-accused having been granted bail and
the appellant having been in custody for more than
eight years, coupled with the pendency of the

appeal, we are inclined to grant bail to the
appellant.
Accordingly, the appellant is granted bail,
subject to the terms and conditions that may be
imposed by the Trial Court, during the pendency of
this appeal.
