UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the legal
heirs of deceased appellant No.5 are already on record and
therefore a note to that effect be made.
2. As no application in that regard has been filed, learned
counsel for the appellants prays for time to file appropriate
application with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Two weeks’ time is allowed to the appellants to do the
needful.
