Issue notice to the respondents.
Interim stay of sub para (i) of para 88 of the
impugned judgment and order, until further orders.
Insofar as sub para (ii) of para 88 is concerned, the
respondent/Pollution Control Board may make the
calculation. However, the same shall not be enforced
without the permission of this Court.
