UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing the
matter for some time, would submit that petitioner is ready and
willing to convert the appeal into a petition under then Section
482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).
2. Placing his submission on record, we issue notice returnable
within six weeks.
