Having regard to the request made by the jurisdictional
Sessions Judge, time is extended by six months, though we are not
fully satisfied with the reasons assigned and it is needless to
state that the learned Judge will have to put the parties to terms
and regulate the proceedings if necessary by conducting the trial
on day to day basis.
Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
