It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 31.10.2015 was within time but there was a delay of 7 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 3.5.2016. It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 3.5.2016 filed a copy of order dated 19.7.1992 as per his undertaking letter dated 2.5.2016 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court .
