We may notice that the appellant has enjoyed the benefit of an interim order for the last 6 years. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. At this stage learned counsel for the appellant submits that some time may be given for handing over vacant and peaceful possession. We grant time till 31.12.2022 to the appellant on furnishing usual undertaking to hand over vacant
