JUSTICE G.S. SINGHVI HON'BLE MR JUSTICE KURIAN JOSEPHFor Petitioner(s) Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Sr. Adv. Mr. Subodh K Pathak, Adv. Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Sinha,Adv. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Adv.For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Taken on Board. These petitions are directed against order dated 19.03.2013 passed by the Division Bench of the Bombay High Court whereby the appeals filed by the petitioner against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge were admitted but the prayer for interim stay was declined with some observations. We have heard Shri Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner for some time and perused the record. In our opinion, ends of justice will be served by requesting the Division Bench of the High Court to make an endeavour to dispose of the main appeals within a specified time framed. Therefore, without entertaining the petitioner's prayer for staying the impugned order, we request the Division Bench of the High Court to finally dispose of the main appeals before the commencement of the summer vacation. The special leave petitions are disposed of in the manner indicated above. |(Parveen Kr.Chawla) | |(Phoolan Wati Arora) ||Court Master | |Court Master |
