Accordingly, Complaint No.8435/2016 titled as “Raminder Kour vs. Harmeek Singh & Ors.” pending before the Court of Special Excise Mobile Magistrate, Jammu be transferred to Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, Karnataka. 4. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.
2 5. The transfer petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6.
