1 IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION TRANSFER PETITION (C)No.901 of 2021 VIBHA KUMARI PETITIONER VERSUS RAMBHU BAITHA RESPONDENT O R D E R 1. At the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, the matter was referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre vide Order dated 20.10.2022 to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the matrimonial disputes between the parties. 2. As per the Mediation Report, the matter has been settled and the Settlement Agreement dated 24.01.2023 has also been placed on record duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel. 3. At the commencement of hearing, learned counsel for the parties also state that the parties have resolved their disputes and now they are living together. Learned counsels further state that as per the Settlement Agreement dated 24.01.2023, the parties undertake to withdraw their respective cases. Settlement Agreement dated 24.01.2023 is, accordingly, taken on record. 4. In view of the above, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in the instant Transfer Petition and the same stands disposed of as such. 5. The parties are directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.01.2023 in its letter and spirit.
