No satisfactory explanation for condonation of such delay has been offered by the petitioner. Thus, though the present petitions are liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself, yet we have carefully perused the same and the papers annexed thereto. We are satisfied that no case for review of the impugned order has been made out.
