Heard the petitioner-in-person. 3. The petitioner is concerned about the non-functioning of a Government School, since last 6 years. The issue deserves consideration. But we feel that instead of this Court considering the matter, the matter should be considered by the High Court. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transfer the Writ Petition to the Patna High Court where it should be registered under Article 226 of the Constitution. If the petitioner requires legal assistance, the same be provided to him. 4. We request the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Patna High Court to take the matter on Board and deal with the same. 5.
