Paragraphs 7 and 8 of the affidavit are extracted below: “7 The Petitioner – Vurimi Pullarao Satyanarayana is paid Rs. 5,50,500/- through RTGS/NEFT into his Bank Ahmednagar Merchant's Co-operative Bank Limited, Ahmednagar, Account No. 002002100005588 on 24.02.2022. The true copy of the receipt of payment dated 24/02/22 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure A-2 (Page No.7). 8 Further, the Petitioner- Vurimi Jayalaxmi Pularam is paid Rs. 4,71,800/- through RTGS/NEFT into his Bank: Ahmednagar Merchant's Co-operative Bank Limited, Ahmednagar, Account No. 002002100010913 on 23.02.2022. The true copy of the receipt of payment dated 23/02/22 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure A-3 (Page No.8).”
2 2 In view of the above statement, which is not in dispute, the payment has been duly made by the first and second contemnors. Moreover, it has been stated by Mr Shashibhushan P Adgaonkar, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, that he has received instructions from the petitioners that they would be ready and willing to hand over possession of the suit property to the contemnors within such period as may be fixed by the Court. 3 Accordingly, in terms as stated before the Court by the petitioners, they shall hand over possession of the suit property to the respondents on or before 31 March 2022.
