The challenge in the present petition is laid to an interlocutory order dated 12.02.2025 passed by a Division Bench of the High Court for the State of Telangana. The order also reveals that the matter is listed for hearing on 12.03.2025. We, thus, see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. 3. That being so, the petitioner, if so advised, may join the 1
