Mr. Shubham Bhalla, AOR For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner is that the High Court ought to have preponed the hearing of the Execution Second Appeal (ESA) Nos.7, 8 and 9 of 2021 as the Execution Court by an order dated 31.03.2021 directed implementation of its order dated 15.05.2019. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, we request the High Court to take up ESA Nos.7, 8 and 9 of 2021 at the earliest, not later than two weeks from today. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. (B.Parvathi) (Anand Prakash) Court Master Court Master
