Mr. Rajiv Mangla , Advocate, has been appointed as Amicus Curiae to assist the Hon'ble Court on behalf of the Petitioner in the instant matter as the petitioner is undefended and confined in Jail. It is submitted that the instant petition is barred by time by 265 days and Petitioner has sent an application for condonation of delay in the matter. It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an Application for Direction to Call and Bring Trial Court's record & certain other documents on record which is included in the SLP paper books at page nos. 5961. It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed a letter dated 20.6.2016, requesting therein to provide certain documents.
