UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 1 Delay condoned. 2 Mr Nidhesh Gupta, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that a demand draft of Rs 50 lakhs, which is ready, will be deposited immediately in terms of the order of this Court dated 10 February 2023. 3 The balance of Rs 2 crores shall be deposited in two equal installments, the first installment of Rs 1 crore on or before 31 July 2023, and the remaining amount of Rs 1 crore on or before 31 October 2023. 4 The Miscellaneous Application is accordingly disposed of. 5 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
