In a matter of the present nature, we see no reason to accept the prayer made in the petition for transfer. However, taking into consideration the grounds as urged in the petition, petitioner is granted liberty to file an application to appear through virtual mode and examine outstation witnesses through Commission as and when required. If such prayer is made, the Family Court shall permit the same. With the said observations, transfer petition stands disposed of. Pending application (s) shall also stand disposed of.
