Therefore, the appellant is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with Criminal Case No.116 of 2017 arising out of FIR No.RC/JAI/2015/A/0013 registered at Police Station – Special CBI, Jaipur, Rajasthan and in connection with Criminal Case No.105 of 2017 arising out of FIR No. RC/JAI/2015/A/0018 registered at Police Station – Special CBI, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
