Taking into consideration the fact that the order passed by the High Court has been stayed vide order dated 22.05.2020 and as a result of which the appellant is enjoying liberty for about two and a half years and further that the charge-sheet is filed, we are inclined to allow this appeal. The order passed by the learned High Court dated 20.02.2020 and by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge dated 13.02.2020 are quashed and set aside and the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate dated 22.07.2019 is maintained. 1
