It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioners has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the special leave petition and condonation of delay in refiling i)there is a delay of 829 days in filing the special leave petition against the order dated 19.09.2012 and SLP filed against order dated 08.01.2015 is within time. And there is a delay of 17 days in refiling both the special leave petitions. There is total delay of 846 days in filing the special leave petitions.
