Post as well as through concerned District Court. It is further submitted that neither A.D. nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from the sole respondent. It is further submitted that Principal Judge City Civil & Session Judge, Ahmedabad,vide letter dated 13.11.2014Z(copy enclosed) has forwarded the report that the notice has duly been served on the sole respondent but no one has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent.
