Despite this, the present special leave petition is filed on the plea that the counsel appearing before the High Court was not aware of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the High Court in view of the order dated 1.8.2016 passed by this Court in Civil Appeal No.7193/2016 (Annexure P-3).
