Registrar on 29 th April, 2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:­  “ SLP(C) No. 30103/2015   Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No. 4 to file the counter affidavit. Ld. counsel for the respondent No. 12 has stated that he has received the copy of the pleadings. Four weeks time is granted to file the counter affidavit. Ld. counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent No. 8 within four weeks. He shall also file the affidavit of valuation within the period provided above. SLP(C) No. 32072/2015   The respondent Nos. 1­5, 8, 11 & 12­15 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Await the return of service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 17­19. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit of valuation. List the matters again on 22.07.2016.” SLP (C) No. 30103 of 2015 It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that in view of aforesaid order, Counsel for Respondent No. 4 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. It is further submitted that Counsel for Respondent No. 12 has not filed counter-affidavit. Service of show cause notice is complete on 9 & 11 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed affidavit of valuation nor has taken fresh steps for effecting service on Respondent No. 8 so far. It is lastly submitted that Ms. Reshmi Re. Sinha, Advocate has on 13.052016 filed an application for intervention/impleadment but has not clarified that either the applicant to be intervened or impleaded despite this Registry's letter. Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 8. SLP (C) No. 32072 of 2015 It is submitted that service show cause notice is still awaited in respect of unserved Respondent Nos. 17 to 19. Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 6, 7, 9, 10, 16, 20 and 21 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far. Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 17 to 19. SLP (C) No. 33130 of 2015 It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued on 06.05.2016 to unserved Respondent Nos. 5 to 13 through registered A.D. post. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back of Respondent Nos. 5 to 13 so far. It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed the affidavit of valuation so far. Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 to 13. ...3/-

-3- 30103 SLP (C) Nos. 36037, 36038 and 36036 of 2015 It is submitted that Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has not filed counter-affidavit so far. It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued on 13.05.2016 through registered A.D. post to unserved Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, 9 to 11, 15, 20 and 21. A.D. card has been received in respect of Respondent No. 15 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back from Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, 9 to 11, 20 and 21 so far. It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed the affidavit of valuation in SLP (C) No. 36036 of 2015 only.
