Application seeking exemption from filing the official translation of the Annexures is allowed. 2. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on carefully perusing the material available on record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court dismissing the regular bail application of the petitioner . 3. However, taking into consideration the fact the petitioner is reported to be in custody since 31102020, we direct the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of communication of a copy of this Order.
