UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 1. The petitioner challenges the judgment and order dated 04.02.2026 in CRMM No. 4384/2026 titled “ Vipin Prince Jaat @ Vipin Kumar vs. State of Haryana” passed by the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender within a period of four weeks and shall file an application for regular bail before the Trial Court.

2 3. As and when such application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously. 4.
