-2- In view of the above, one opportunity is granted to the petitioner to produce Lehmber Singh on payment of Rupees One Lakh as costs. It is clarified that no further opportunity will be granted to the petitioner in case the aforesaid witness is not produced on the next date. The petitioner may produce the witness in the Trial Court within one month from today, in any event, not later than 3rd January, 2014. The parties are directed to produce this order before the Trial Court so that the next date can be fixed on 3rd January, 2014 itself.
